About Tracy
Tracy brings over 30 years of nursing expertise across pediatrics, geriatrics, and rehabilitation care, with a concentration in neurological injuries.
As a Certified Care Manager for more than two decades and a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, she combines clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of healthcare systems. Tracy’s experience spans both commercial and Medicare insurance, giving her unique insight into the complexities of coverage and care coordination.
She holds a Master’s in Nursing Education and serves as Adjunct Faculty at Kennesaw State University, where she shares her knowledge with the next generation of healthcare professionals. Passionate about patient advocacy, Tracy is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the insurance landscape and healthcare processes with clarity and confidence
About Mick
Mick is an Army veteran with his AMT with over 40 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
During his military service, he specialized in helicopter systems, and today he works with a major airline, maintaining aircraft ranging from small planes to large passenger jets. Beyond aviation, Mick is skilled in automotive maintenance, including oil changes and mechanical troubleshooting. Known for his willingness to share knowledge, he often provides guidance to help others resolve technical issues. In his free time, Mick enjoys college football, hunting, and discussing firearm-related topics, always ready with an answer or resource.
